Its party frock and white suit time, flashing lights and deep base boom! The disco party comprises a mixture of dancing to the current hits interspersed with party games such as pass the parcel and musical statues. Look out for best disco dancer award. A real chance for parents and children alike to show off their latest moves! With the younger children there may be a greater focus on some of the more traditional nursery songs such as the Okey Cokey and The Wheels on the Bus. This party works best with children aged 5 years and above.
All our children’s parties last two hours and include party invitations, a dedicated party host, tractor ride, juices for the children while they are playing indoors and a party meal. The Disco party format is 30 minutes indoor play, 15 minutes for the tractor ride, 40 minutes for dancing and games, 5 minutes for hand wash and 30 minutes for party food. In the event of inclement weather, parents may chose not to do the tractor ride and instead spend longer on the indoor play equipment.
Party parents chose either the hot meal or picnic box option. Hot food includes a choice of mini sausages, vegetarian pizza or pure breast chicken nuggets served with chips and Heinz baked beans with ice cream for dessert. With the picnic box children chose from either a hot dog, grated cheese, ham or jam sandwich roll. The box includes crisps, yoghurt, chocolate bar, farm-made crispy cake and fruit. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
For an additional charge we can provide a home cooked chocolate cake covered in delicious chocolate icing, sweeties & treaties which we can decorate with tractors and farm animals or give it a more of a princess feel with Haribo love hearts and pink Barbie sprinkles. Prices start from £9.75.
We can provide quality party bags at an additional charge of £2.50 each containing party favours and confectionery.
The Disco party costs £11.00 per head with a minimum booking for 10 children. This party can only be booked for the later part of the day – the 3.30-5.30 slot, because of the need to close off one of the public rooms. To make a booking please call the farm on 01234 771597.
