Ice Skating
Popular over February half term week – our hunt for the next Torvill and Dean continues despite limitedsuccess to date! Fired by Dancing on Ice and the Winter Olympics this party is suitable for children aged 5 years and above.
The children are kitted out with skates and then off they go. The artificial rink is 95% as slippy as ice which means that even beginners can get around the rink without falling over all the time as would happen with real ice. Within minutes the kids usually end up making up their own games around navigating the rink such as tag, seeing who is the fastest, or who falls down the least! We have skate sizes from kids size 8 to adult size 13, so guess what even the party parents can have a go!
All our children’s parties last two hours and include party invitations, a dedicated party host, tractor ride, juices for the children while they are playing indoors and a party meal. The Ice Skating party format is 30 minutes indoor play, 15 minutes for the tractor ride, 40 minutes for Skating, 5 minutes for hand wash and 30 minutes for party food.
Party parents chose either the hot meal or picnic box option. Hot food includes a choice of mini sausages, vegetarian pizza or pure breast chicken nuggets served with chips and Heinz baked beans with ice cream for dessert. With the
picnic box children chose from either a hot dog, grated cheese, ham or jam sandwich roll. The box includes crisps, yoghurt, chocolate bar, farm-made crispy cake and fruit. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
For an additional charge we can provide a home cooked chocolate cake covered in delicious chocolate icing, sweeties & treaties which we can decorate with tractors and farm animals or give it a more of a princess feel with Haribo love hearts and pink Barbie sprinkles. Prices start from £9.75.
We can provide quality party bags at an additional charge of £2.50 each containing party favours and confectionery.
The Ice Skating party costs £12.00 per head with a minimum booking for 10 children and includes skate hire. To make a booking please call the farm on 01234 771597.
